When we first met with Collaborative our Property Manager said that they strive to make both the home owner and the renter happy. I truly feel like this is true. This is the first time we have rented our home and Russ has guided us along the way. We feel very comfortable leaving our home in their hands as we move across the country.

The market was crazy this summer-but they were quick to respond and we locked the home in quickly! We had a virtual tour, being that we hadn’t arrived in the area-which was so accommodating! On 3/1/21, I contacted the property management team to inquire about the process for viewing one of their rentals. After I introduced myself, the male representative stopped me and asked had he spoken to me before in which the answer was no because I had found the property online over the weekend. This was my first telephone contact. His demeanor was inhospitable and unwelcoming. Lack of empathy was also displayed. A series of relevant questions were asked of which I responded with honest answers. Based on the answers I provided, the gentleman bluntly stated that he didn't want to waste my time

Having delved into the rental property experience previously, I was well aware of many of the pitfalls and headaches of being a property manager. Russ and his team have been excellent in taking care of my properties in the Savannah area. They were able to find great tenants in a fast manner. Additionally they have reacted to issues quickly and have been taking care of the tenants well while making sure the assets are protected. Highly recommended.
