We needed the flooring redone in half our house after a bad water heater leak. We got several quotes from different contractors but ended up going with One Source Construction. They didn’t have the lowest quote but we decided to use them after meeting David. David was professional, very knowledgeable in his field and overall we felt comfortable with having him in our home working on the house. They offer very nice high quality material that made it easy for us to choose want we wanted.

We had a restoration project due to a flood, and from the first quote to the final walk through, David and Jacqueline were the upmost professionals and great to work with. Jacqueline was extremely helpful when it came to picking our materials and patterns, taking the time to understand what our likes were and providing suggestion based on our taste. Additionally, she was pleasant and helpful when answering our questions concerning the contract and cost. David and his crew were professional and detailed. Based on reviews, I contacted One Source Construction for a quote on approx. 1,300 sq. ft. of flooring. David came out to the house (at the scheduled time) to take measurements and while there he explained all the steps that would take place to get the job done. His quote was reasonable ( had 3 companies bid) and when my husband and I went to the office to look at flooring choices, David and Jacqueline were very helpful and gave us excellent advice.
