I called today to get a price of building a house and the average cost of construction per square foot in Apple Valley. The receptionist that answered the phone had no clue on the price or the cost of construction per square foot!!!! What was the point of her answering the phone??? All she did was refer me to a real estate agent!! I'm calling to speak to the contractor!! Not a real estate agent!!!! Worlds of difference between the two!!!! What a waste of time and energy. This contractor obviously does not know how to run a business or how to hire good people on the phone. I will not be hiring him
