My son has been attending the kid’s classes off and on for some time now and we are very happy with them. The instructors are great and consistent, you can tell they have a passion for the art and that they care about their students. Definitely recommend and we hope to be able to attend more consistently to get the full benefit of the sport.

I have been a member for just over 2 years and would go nowhere else. As a woman with no prior martial arts training, I was nervous of this type of contact, but the environment is extremely welcoming and safe. The recent upgrades to the facility give students a very clean and simple place to train. Valente Brother black belts, Jack, Shayne, and Nick are all fantastic instructors that work very well together to make CSD a very well-rounded self-defense focused jiu-jitsu school for all ages. Not only has CSD taught me empowering, real-life scenario self-defense, but the Valente Brothers philosophy
