This guy knows what he's doing. I've been seeing Dr. Arakawa for 15+ years and he's always been professional, competent, and friendly.
After seeing him about my toothpain, he was very useful in providing recommendations. In a later follow-up, he even got on the phone with me to answer some additional questions.
Lily the office manager is super helpful. She was effective in helping me with insurance issues, scheduling, sending XRay's, etc.
The hygienists are friendly and thorough.
