A good at-home oral hygiene routine is the foundation of a healthy smile. However, brushing and flossing alone is not enough to permanently stave off potential oral health issues. Digital radiographs (x-rays) are an important diagnostic tool for dental professionals. While traditional film radiographs provide critical insight into the oral and physical health of the patient, hi-tech digital radiographs allow dentists to view and enhance dental images on a large computer screen.
Intraoral cameras are changing the face of routine dental appointments. The intraoral camera gives the patient a unique view of each tooth - enabling them to understand diagnoses and make informed treatment decisions. The intraoral camera is connected to a computing unit at the side of the dental chair.

Helen is my dental Hygienist and I can't say enough about her. Professional, personable and I highly recommend her to anyone who visits this practice. I made a last minute appointment because a porcelain filling fell out last week. They got me in a few days later. I was seen on time. Dr Dave and his staff were just wondering. They made me feel so comfortable and explained everything about the procedure and the cost before hand. Thank you so much for taking care of my front tooth. You have a new client. I highly recommend this Dentistry. It was my first time there, I left with a smile.😊

Both Dr. Dave & Dr. Jill Merrell and their dedicated staff, most of whom have been there for years, are simply amazing! They offer a friendly dental experience with state of the art technology and knowledge. My teeth and gums have never been this healthy and I have had multitudes of issues through the years. Highly recommend this kind and compassionate group.

Here is why I give 3 stars: Customer service needs ALOT of work! Your front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Your office manager needs some skills in being personable and how to leave voice messages and talk to customer's over the phone and face to face. I love Erin and Dr. Dave (They both deserve 5 stars and more) but customer service is HUGE to me and when that is lacking in a business I move on. I am not the only one that has had this issue that I know of, but I am probably one of the few that will make it public.

Two stars because I've had great experiences here before. Had an appointment for a routine cleaning, and I was informed that a new 3D imaging technique is recommended. But not covered by any insurance, so I must pay $150 cash. I decline as 2D xray films are sufficient for my needs, and covered. I am informed that the 3D films are mandatory for care in this office. Many reasons given but do not apply to me. I asked to proceed with standard care, and I was declined. I was given option to speak with business manager, but...I just want my teeth cleaned. New "mandatory" imaging that is not covered,

Have lived all over the United States. Never have I met a more talented group of individuals . They came in on the weekend during a snowstorm when I cracked a tooth and needed an emergency appointment - and Dr. David and Dr. Jill no less. They make an amazing husband and wife team.
Their assistant Jerry is the cherry on top of the sundae. She makes you feel like you're the center of the universe. Her energy and caring way are enough for anyone to return.

Yesterday Erin cleaned my teeth. She was friendly and professional, gentle but thorough. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. And Dr Jill carefully examined all of my teeth and encouraged me to continue doing good home care. I had a very good dental experience at WFD and would recommend this office to anyone.

She is the sweetest, and took every step to ensure my visit was as smooth and painless as possible. Dr Jill was so nice, and helped set up a plan to get my teeth healthy!

Ashley did a great job with my routine cleaning. Dr. Jill was personable, as always, as she thoroughly examined my teeth and gums. Although a change in employment has me without dental insurance, the front desk staff was professional in dealing with the situation. For next year, I will take advantage of the Smile Savings Plan to reduce out of pocket spending
