California litigants have the option of retaining a private judge of their choosing rather than going to court and having a judge assigned to their case. California Rules of Court 2.830 and 2.831, among others, specifically provide litigants with this right. The stipulation must be submitted for approval to the presiding judge or the judge designated by the presiding judge.

Sarah is handling a very complicated high conflict custody case for me.My first attorney put me in a bad position, and Sarah methodically went about digging me out. She did a very good job of taking all of the large volume of evidence and put together a succinct and persuasive case. She does not recommend extraneous things to increase billing. She is also ethical and has acted in the best interests of my children throughout.. It has been a long painful journey but I genuinely believe I would be in a much different place without her. Highly recommend!

First I gave a star because zero star rating wasn't an option. Don't know if they are racist against black and Dominican people or just man haters, but after raising my son for 10 years by myself since he was 1, to hear their attorney tell me at a doctor's appointment that I can't be trusted to administer a medication was totally wrong and unprofessional. At the end the Judge ruled against her recommendation which speaks volume as to how off base they were. Pass them by, my experience with them was horrible at best as was their representation.
