Not good. He charged me for a full day of work. Instead of working on my case and going over my paperwork, he was helping at least one other client.
When the judge asked him for evidence and examples he turned to me and said, "talk fast".
He let opposing counsel write up the orders and didn't make sure that what was good for me wss in the orders, so I lost even more visitation time.
This guy may be good in other situations but in my personal experience DON'T HIRE THIS GUY.
Have a good day and may whatever issues you're having be smooth and resolved.

After my last consultation on 3/9/2020 with Justin This is what I'll state When a mom has done what is asked of her by her retained attorney & has been honest & civil since the start of this process & her only concerns are that her autistic child's best interests are heard & fought for she hears at this time she doesn't have a case & in Justin's words " Hopefully he starts drinking, then we can proceed forward."

Justin is a poor excuse for a lawyer. You are not supposed to intimidate and belittle your clients, save that for the opposing side. He was rude the entire time way more expensive than he should have been. He was full of hot air. Elizabeth Anderson way better, way cheaper! She fights hard for her clients, treats them with respect, and is very rude to the opposing side. Justin was a waste of time and money. I am incredibly disgusted with him, and the results i got. He's a knowledgeable attorney, knows what's he's doing, and most importantly can name sections and laws off the top of his head. But he is definitely pro father, given he went through court for his child(ren). From what I heard. I left a text message on the website. No response. Today I finally I just called the attorney's office directly. I requested to speak with Justin personally. That was not going to happen. I was "handled" my his paralegal. He was nice enough and "professional" enough. But, I felt disrespected and I was "shuffled off" the phone without ever having any attorney contact.

I'm an active duty Air Force member and dealt with a spiteful cheating spouse. I hired Mr. Tabayoyon to assist me in resolving my divorce case since my assets and military pension are at stake. I had three court appearances with Mr Tabayoyon representing me.

Highly recommended! My ex accused me of a bunch of false things. She had me arrested, got a restraining order kicking me out of my own house, and and wouldn't let me see my kids. I thought my world was falling apart and I hired Justin. He immediately changed how things were going. Fast forward a few months, I'm divorced, my house is sold and my ex paid me for the time she had the house to herself, I have my kids half the time, and the criminal charges were outright dismissed. I have to say that first of all I am pleased to see 5 stars. However, Justin treated me very bad. Once we met, he asked me what the name of the Judge was. Then he told me the Judge have 'no Family Law experience' and that he will first of all request a new Judge.

What I did expect was for you to be willing to discuss them with me so that I may understand them. All contracts are subject to negotiation, no matter what they are for. I was rear ended by a truck last year. The driver was in a rental and it was hard to track down the insurance carrier. Justin handled all the Ambulance, Hospital and chiropractic visits. I ended up getting a new car, all the bills taken care of and even had money left over for the hassle. Everything went real smooth, I highly recommend him!
