Fast response time. Jason made the repair. He was very professional, courteous and I felt comfortable with him coming into my home. He explained exactly what happened and what needed to be done. Our air conditioning stopped working Monday night, emailed Jason that night, he responded within 30 min, had an appointment set up for Tuesday evening, Jason showed up on time, and had the problem repaired within an hour. very pleased with his work.

If I could, I'd give Jason 10 stars. He's amazing!!! Our AC went out in the middle of the night and thanks to Jason, we were cooling off by early afternoon. If you have AC needs...This is absolutely the guy to call! Thanks Jason! I promise the next time I call the heat index won't be 97!!!

Wasn't looking forward to weekend weather predicted 96 heat index over 100 and my airconditioning quit 6:00 pm on Friday night. New cost for weekend repairs asked a neighbor for referral name. Left message at… 9:39 pm he text me 9:46pm 'to have good night he would come in morning'. What a wonderful,knowledgeable, service man to come and take care of me. Great job Jason

Had my guy Jason from Premier come out and did a great job. Unit had ran good for years and just had a problem. Came by and fixed it and was a great price. Huge thumbs up if you need anything heating and cooling. Thanks Jason for the great work.
