Tim was very helpful & answered every time my husband or I called. He was out of town and quickly contacted his son Randy who met with us on a Sunday so we could see if they had the part we needed. Very appreciative of these guys & would recommend them to all of my family & friends!

As a property administrator, I am required to follow up on work performed by owners within condominium complexes. I have called Tim about 15 times requesting confirmation of a visit he made. I explained that I don't need to know the price or total of the work, I just need the service invoice that work was performed. Tim used to answer his phone and when he did he told me that his wife was going to do it right away but to date, nothing has been received. I have also contacted the owner but every contractor we have worked with or requested this from has always been complaint until now. Without follow
