Julie was supposed to color my hair. She botched the color and was very rude about it. She told
Me I need to come back about 3 more times to get the color I was looking for witch is a red auburn color. I haven't had this problem
With my previous stylist, she moved back to New York that's why I went here. Also her hygiene was completely off. I mean she smelled bad. She speaks to her staff very rudely. I know the girls need jobs in there but I wouldn't work there!!

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A SALON EVER. I feel like I have been robbed. When I called the salon to make an appointment, the front desk quoted me a of $265, depending on the length of my hair... this price was fair and I decided to book an appointment with who ever was available... Kiara.
When I went into my appointment and sat down with Kiara, I asked her what the price was. She said "your hair might be a little bit more than $265 is that okay?" I said okay and she continued to do my hair. I tried to make the price clear from the beginning but I was left with "a little bit more"

I was greeted nicely, welcomed with water and friendliness. It was my first time here and first time having Berry Lynn style my hair. Berry was very welcoming and patient, I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted, I only knew what I didn't want. She and I talked and she helped me find what I wanted. Stephanie listened to my needs and did exactly what I wanted and needed. Everyone in the Salon seemed friendly and welcoming. The only reason I left one star off is because there was several seats that had hair still on them. It was obvious that whoever cleans doesn't wipe down the chairs as I was there at opening of the day.

I liked to thank RUBY for her wonderful service. It was definitely hard to find someone that can do good highlts/ombre since I just moved here to LAS VEGAS. I was goin to my hairdresser for 13+year's. Was scared to start with someone new. Im so glad I found RUBY.. SHE did exactly what I wanted just by seeing a picture. First time at this salon and it was wonderful from the minute I walked in. I was greeted by the receptionist she was a kind attractive woman that was multitasking. She asked if I had any questions about product and told me my stylist would be with me in a minute. Ruby came and took me back to her station I was so happy I didn't have to wait more then a minute or two. Ruby offered me coffee, water made sure I was comfortable and then we started talking about my hair. I cami in with shoulder length layered blond hair with gray roots. The absolute worst hair salon experience that I have ever had. On Wednesday, I came in for a partial highlight, and paid the $135 for it upon booking the appointment. My hair stylist was Rubi Arista. When I explained to her that I wanted to get dark blonde highlights, she mentioned that partial highlights cost $135. I thought, great, I already paid that much when I was booking the appointment, so we're on the same page! I had a bad experience with a stylist who ended up cutting my hair so short she didn't know what to do with it. It was horrible. So I scheduled an appointment for a fix with Lauren and let me tell you....she changed my life !!! I literally get stopped wherever I go with compliments on my hair and it's such a refreshing change! I love Lauren and there's no way I will ever change hair stylist now!

I did some research to find a Goldwell dye trained stylist and read Becky Rae's bio and decided to try her. I have had some bad sensitivity to hair dyes with terrible itchy scalp. I told her this and she ensured that she would do her best to wash out the dye. She really scrubbed the dye out of my scalp, especially the back which makes a huge difference. She cut about 2 inches off and blew dry my hair straight. She was very meticulous about parting, sectioning, and cutting my hair. When I picked up my husband from work, he said my hair shimmered in the light and I'd never looked

Lauren Wishon is awesome!! Definitely go to her to get color, cut or just a nice blow dry. I have worked in many hair salons and she's amazing with hair! She is very professional while being exceptionally personable and takes her time to make sure you're happy! I always get lots compliments!! For some reason neither the receptionist nor the stylist herself gave us her name.
She did a great job though.
And even though the salon looked clean, not one person (worker or customer, besides me and my daughter) wore a mask, but it says here on Yelp that they are practicing health and safety measures like wearing masks and checking temperatures....no they are not. Maybe they were implementing those in the beginning, but they are no longer practicing it now.

At first when she saw my hair she seemed in a rush , she didn't wash my hair she seems all the time running on time she just cut layers ,trim but it wasn't what I expect , my hair was almost the same my haircut took 20 minutes and I have a long hair and after she said she was done bye
I was surprised with the quality of hospitality so low

My stylist was Rubi she was welcoming and very professional. I'm always scared of the final outcome because I always like something subtle but she delivered just what I wanted. I have not applied color to my hair in almost 3 years but I loved the final outcome. Will be back to see her she is AMAZING with a nice personality!

I came here for my first OUIDAD curly girl cut with the owner of this salon, JULES. She is the only person registered on the official Ouidad directory for Las Vegas, so I booked an appointment. I have wavy hair. Since I rely on Yelp to find quality services, I need to leave an honest review to help save the next customer.
For starters, I asked for curl definition and to take off some length. My hair is not frizzy at all, and when I left the salon it was a complete Poof ball (due to bad styling and a horrible haircut that actually caused my hair to become frizzy).
