BEWARE of this dishonest shop. My brother put down a deposit on a car they had for sale. However, his bank found out when he went in to fill out loan paperwork that the title was a salvage and had been in a huge accident, not clean as they had told him. Not only did they blatantly lie about the car, they refused to give him back the full deposit, stating they had "lost two customers" in the day it took him to find all this out. My brother and his wife are college students who just had a baby and badly needed that money. Trust me when I say I will be telling everyone I know about this

The work ended up being $73 less than their estimate! Sergio communicated all steps of the repair. Great repair...prompt and polite service! They offer a lifetime warranty on the paint job. I called here after my mom was in an accident with her Nissan versa, I wasn't even sure it would be fixable but they did an amazing job, her car is good as new. Sergio was awesome great communication, giving regular updates. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Great prompt no-hassle service. I would recommend for sure.

I bought my car here in March 2020. They were fantastic to work with . No hidden dealer fees. They had the car ready for me to simply pick up, as I live along way away. The car was clean. The paperwork was ready to go. They offer a warranty and free oil changes for a year. I came back in June for an O2 sensor and they got it taken care of. I will be back again for their service. Wonderful and helpful shop.

Quality automotive restoration! They aren't fast and they aren't cheap. What they do, do is high quality collision repair and automotive restorations. My vehicle is currently being reassembled and I couldn't be happier with their dedication to quality and communication.

These guys are really awesome! Not only did they do a great job and were very friendly about it, but when I came back with a minor issue they fixed it right up, on the spot...at no charge. There is a lot of cut rate shops out there, but these guys are not them. Johnny and Sergio are honest guys, they have good prices and will stand behind their work. Thanks guys. Very terrible work and are quick to dodge or point blame when an issue is discovered, either from poor worksmanship to even blaming a customer for new damages however minor they may be. Finger prints in paint, broken window switch, missing hardware and even factory pieces installed with glue and fell off the car a week later. Hug gaps and improper hardware used. Brought the car back to get assessed or mistakes taken care of and owners and management blame and deny no matter if there’s photos or proof.

Total rip-off: 50 bucks for four loop locks and 2 minutes of labor!!!
I came in this store last Saturday morning quite desperately. I just ripped my front bumper off and looking for a quick fix. I was in the middle of my road trip and had a 6-hour driving ahead of me that day. The front desk girl looked at my girl, discussed with the technicians, and told me that they wouldn't be able to fix my car. It's too short of a time period for them to do anything. So I just asked them to secure two flappy parts so it would be safe for me to drive it. The girl said that they would see how to do

Nothing that they committed to happened satisfactory. They lied about the completion date for my repairs 3 different times. When I finally got the car back the work was incomplete and inferior. There were severe paint color differentials, a lot of over spray, and scratches where there had been none before. It was a waste of our time and money.

Hands down, best auto body repair shop in Salt Lake. Very friendly and generous with negotiating cost. Best part, they provided rental car for the duration of my repair without extra cost! In addition, very timely with repair - got it back within less than 7 days which was less than what was expected. Even did a free touch up paint job on an extra area that wasn't part of the repair - very considerate & professional team. Genuinely care for their customers and satisfaction!

Reluctantly trusted these guys with two small scratches on my black 2015 BMW which they said they could work out for me. Service looked ok at first, though they left my tires and floor mats filthy in white dust. After washing the vehicle and seeing in direct sunlight I was STUNNED to see horrible paint swirling across my entire hood and driver side door. I took it to several other shops to survey the damage and they were in awe at the terrible quality of the work. Excellent service! The warm family feel is much better than the bigger, corporate body shops. My insurance company was covering the work on my Prius and JJH handled everything from start to finish. Brought my car in on an insurance claim after a truck full of gravel decided to shower me with rocks.
William was very friendly and accommodating, I had multiple large chips in the hood and they recommended completely repainting the hood. I specifically went with this ship of others that I received quotes from because the claimed they would completely repaint the hood.
The first time I picked up the car everything looked OK until I got it in the sun. Under close inspection there were multiple scratches on the hood, a portion of the bumper had been so heavily buffed that they completely wore the
