When I called the shop, they were friendly and helpful. I took my car in and they evaluated it and gave me a clear estimate. The price was very good. When I picked up my car later that day, they had done all the work expected plus washed the car and buffed the headlights for free. A great local business.

Someone backed into my car, and I had to get it fixed. The bumper and fender were scratched and dented. They replaced my bumper with an OEM one, color matched, and painted it. Then they repaired the fender and repainted it. The finish looks as good as factory paint, and you can't even tell that it was replaced. They also stuck with the price they gave me in the estimate which was on the lower end ($1300) of the estimates that I got ranging from $1100-$1600. They also took the time to explain things to me, would recommend 10/10.

Great place to get your car fixed. The customer service is better than any place I've been to! Everyone I interacted with is super friendly and the company as a whole is honest and fair. I had a follow-up issue with my car after getting fixed (just a check light that was still on) and they got me in to take care of it as soon as I needed with no extra cost or hassle. I'll be going here for repairs in the future!

Super professional and courteous shop. Having to go through insurance for body repairs can be a nightmare, but Kerry kept me in the loop with progress and was sure to let me know how repairs were going as well as staying in close contact with the insurance company, which was weight off my shoulders because the insurance adjuster handling my claim was a beast. My vehicle looks better than the day I bought it. Basically, I'm not going anywhere else for body repairs. Ever.

I've been getting body work done at Wasatch Body Shop ever since 1989. Back then I'd been T-boned in my '87 Honda Civic. While it wasn't totaled, it was in very bad shape. A colleague recommended Wasatch, and the work they did was incredible! Even with my discerning eye, it was flawless; absolutely a top-notch job. It drove straight and true, and there were never any telltale indications like unusual wear patterns on the tires. Everything was done right the first time.

I took my car in to have the deck lid (and nearby crunched parts) replaced after someone backed into my little 10-year-old coupe with their big truck's bumper. They did a great job replacing all the damaged parts, but also touched up and polished out a number of paint chips and rust spots all around the car, and re-attached a little corner of trim on the front passenger side that had come loose. I was definitely bummed when my side mirror was dangling off the passenger side of my car as I was driving around town, shopping for different rates at multiple body shops. For some reason, I still decided to stop by the dealership, just to see how ridiculous their prices were for body work.
