No matter what event you have going on our breakfast catering is a wonderful (and delicious) addition. At The Grassy Cow, we offer many lunch catering options from boxed lunches to keto and paleo. Whether your have a day long conference, office meeting, or just want to spoil your team we can help. We source many ingredients from right here in Lane County, and are always changing our options based on seasons.
Each item is served in an individual reusable container, and each serving is approximately 8oz. Almond Butter Chicken (can be made vegetarian) - Chicken breast over a bed of fresh sauted zucchini noodles, carrots and sprouts tossed in an almond butter sauce (can substitute tofu for chicken) 6.00 each (Paleo/Keto friendly).
Our most popular appetizer. Jumbo sized shrimp lightly tossed in Cayenne Pepper, then wrapped with locally sourced bacon and a date, then broiled. Figs sauted in a spicy honey glaze, then stuffed with locally sourced goat cheese, wrapped in a puff pastry and baked. Vegetarian and Keto friendly. Cremini mushrooms stuffed with a blend of cream cheese, sun dried tomatoes and onion, then baked.
