I had an exemplary experience with Bells & Vaughn. Raffi was communicative throughout the entire process; explaining what my insurance would/would not cover. The pricing was extremely fair and the repair happened quickly. Also, they detailed my car after replacing the front bumper, and it looks better than it ever has. A+! I went to Bells& Vaughn with my classic car to get a bubble in my paint fixed. The owner was very nice and professional. They did an awesome job!!! Don't even remember what area the bubble was in after they finished. The paint matched exactly! I would have given them 5 stars but I noticed that my tank was full of gas when I dropped it off. Then when I picked it up it was down to a half tank...hmmmm, interesting

I had to take the company car here for bumper repair. They are very helpful and great with customer service. They kept me appraised of my car and when it would be ready so I didn't have to call them and ask them. I would definitely use them again but hopefully won't need to, if you know what I mean.

I brought my 2016 MX-5 to Bells & Vaughn to replace my stock suspension with upgraded coil-overs and they did not disappoint. Not only does my car look and drive great, but it was done in a fraction of the time that other shops would take. Took my 2011 3 series in for coilover install and could not be happier with what I received back! I could've chosen a multitude of shops that were closer to where I live, but B&V will be my go-to shop going forward even if it's a couple cities over.

Bells and Vaughn is the best body shop I've ever dealt with. My car was damaged in a hit and run and Bells and Vaughn turned my inconvenient situation into a pleasant experience. They spoke directly with my insurance, coordinated a rental car and got the repairs done right in a very efficient manner. The whole process from scheduling the repair, to the workmanship was fantastic. Their friendly staff was attentive and kept me updated throughout. I would recommend them to anyone. Bluntly, I get there is a customer that's unsatisfied with something, but I'm absolutely positive, whatever the issue was, it could've been worked out. Basically, after being a customer of Bell's & Vaughn for over 20 years, I'm continually impressed with the quality, service and professionalism. My son's car recently had body work & as always... Raffi and his team were great. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle. If for whatever reason there was any kind of discrepancy or any delay Rafi was quick to communicate that to me. Very professional indeed. I was hit by another driver and took my car to Bells & Vaughn. I have always been weary of using my insurance at a car repair spot because I thought they'd do a lesser job trying to get money from insurance. Amazing work and quality! My car looks like it came out of the showroom. I was referred by my friend who works at Allstate to bring my car to Bells & Vaughn after I originally brought my Mercedes into another shop and they told me that the whole rear quarter panel needed to be replaced along with the bumper. Raffi from Bells & Vaughn said they could repair everything without replacing all the parts. I'm so glad I brought my car here, and am thoroughly impressed with the work that they did and the time frame which they did it. I will not hesitate to refer them to my friends and family

I came in with a broken drivers side mirror & Raffi was very helpful & informative . He made sure my car was taken care of . This shop in Pasadena is incredible. It's like being transported back 30 years ago to a time when people really cared and went out of their way to make sure their customers are happy! I've now had two experiences with Bells & Vaughn. The first time I came in, I brought them my mid 70s GMC truck which needed its saggy door fixed. After getting the runaround from a couple other local shops, i brought it in to Bells & Vaughn, and they took care of it without a problem at a very reasonable price. Not only did they have the truck back to me in just 2 days, they had it completely detailed before handing me back the keys. I went to Bells & Vaughn only because my Geico auto insurance had a very small number of locations where they do damage assessments at, this being one of them. At the time I was an hourly contractor, meaning if I did not work, I did not get paid. This means I wanted to limit the amount of errands I ran so I wouldn't miss out on pay. I called Bells & Vaughn ahead of time and the girl at the front desk assured me that if I come in, the damage assessment they would give me would satisfy the Geico assessment.
