My vehicle needed serious work. I'm very glad I went with Zoom. It's a family operation (father and son), and they really care about getting the job done right. It was a drawn out process due partially to my insurance being slow and also due to parts being hard to find. But their team kept me informed and did everything they could to get me my car back as soon as possible. The final results speak for themselves, the car looks and drives like new. Thanks Alan!

My car got backed into by a big truck, the front bumper and headlight were all messed up. Andrey was great throughout the whole repair process. My trusted mechanic dropped off my car to Andrey at Zoom Auto Body after I got into a minor fender bender. Allstate was trying to nickle and dime him by making me get used parts. What!? Yeah super nonsense.
Well Andrey wasn't having none of that. The guy who hit my car decided to settle without insurance so Andrey made sure I got all brand new parts for my car. Turn around time was about exact time he said it would be done.

After my 2008 audi a4 was hit while parked.. I decided to take my car here to ZOOM and they took care of my car and got it fixed as fast as they could. Communicating issues that have arised and figured out a solution quickly.They worked with the insurance company and issues where solved with ease... I would definitely recommend this body shop.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I got into a collision and Zoom Auto Body was recommended by a friend's trusted mechanic. I'm not from the area and wanted to feel assured about who I was towing my car to. From the start, they were kind, patient, and at the same time straightforward about what my options were. From experience with other body shops I can honestly say their customer service was amazing! Alan was always able to answer my questions and willing to explain things that made no sense to me. When he wasn't available his son knew exactly what was being done to my car. Even when it came to dealing with my rental they set up for someone to pick me up! Thank you, as a mom this made a difference not having to worry about the entire process

I was referred here, to Andre, the owner, by friends who said he and Zoom are just the best. They were right. I drove in my brand new car this morning, unannounced, no appointment, with a brand new bang on the bottom corner of my driver door and only my friends' recommendations. Andre fixed it on the spot. Fixed it.
Going forward, I always will come here for auto body work. Period. Talk about customer service and fine results! How often do you hear that? I feel so lucky to have found Andre at Zoom. Now I know.

Don't normally write reviews, but Allen at Zoom was very accommodating. I arranged for some minor body repair, was able to leave the car for a week while I went on vacation. Everything was finished beautifully on my return. As I drove out, Allen took a final step by noticing I did not have my license plate attached on the front bumper--he had seen it in my trunk. He stopped me, asked if I wanted it put on and then simply did it as a parting gift of really good service.

This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I had damaged my passenger side mirror by accident and wanted it to be fixed quickly. I got the parts separately and was just looking to have it installed. This team was great. They took me straight away and the manager installed the mirror himself. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be going here in the future!!

I'm on a budget so when I got some dents in my door I was hoping for someone who could pull it out and make it look OK again. Owner looked it over and said I would have to buy everything new $1500-2200 for a car worth only a little more than that and with a fully functional door. Must be nice to have so many wealthy clients that you can stick it to the little guy.
