Services
We will accept a deposit to hold for up to 20 days. If you are not approved the deposit is returned but if you are approved and do not rent the home, the deposit is forfeited. We welcome your pets, however, there is an additional monthly rental charge of $25 per animal and an upfront fee animal fee of $197.
We rent single family houses, duplexes and apartments in Columbus, GA, Phenix City, Auburn, Opelika, Ft. Mitchell, AL and the surrounding area. We welcome Ft. Benning military families. We maintain a selection of nice rental homes for those that may not be in a position to buy or a have a desire to buy a home at this time.

They will steal from you especially the head maintenance man (black Toyota pickup) older man and ms.Rhonda herself. The will not repair anything even if you fill out the repair sheet before you move in! I'm loving the experience I'm having with Riversouth Properties. The house I just moved in is very clean. And when you put a work order in they come out so fast. I don’t like that I was never made aware of whether my application was approved or not. My mom filled out one as well for me as a co applicant. I only received a text message from Nicole saying could I provide my check stubs? A couple of days later my mom was sent a text saying
We have not received an application for Sharetta. At this time we will have to proceed with other application. Your $35 will be refunded.

Expect to be charged when moving out. When I moved in the house was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months, which was okay, I just took a couple of hours and cleaned it. Upon moving out I was charged a $125 cleaning fee and they said that they had to hire a cleaning service to clean the house (even though I cleaned before I left). I did not think it costs $125 to clean a house that wasn’t dirty so I asked to see some sort of receipt and was repeatedly ignored. Without a doubt the worst rental company I've ever rented from. Rented for 2 years and during that time, the garage door would fail to close all the time and they did not fix it. The backyard was constantly flooded with water and they did not fix it. The privacy fence was falling apart with boards missing and they did not fix it. Then after I moved out, they tried charging me $225 per room to repaint, when one of the rooms had been unoccupied the entire time. I've gotten my deposit back at every place I've lived, but this company is happy to lie in order to steal from you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The unit I moved in looked completely redid the floors , shower and appliances ! Very comfortable , Ms Shadei was very helpful !!
