This was one of our easiest moves. It is typically pretty difficult to move from one end of the country to the other but in this case, Kara, made things a breeze. We filled out an application and had an answer on the same day. Kara was very responsive via text even though she was out sick! The tenant portal is one of the best I have seen. Now moving on to the actual property…we rented sight unseen as we were moving from CA, however the house was exactly what we thought it would be and was even better than the pictures. Great service, I would have zero problem renting from them again.

Starting down the path of owning a rental investment is a challenge. Doing it remotely is even more of a stretch. Thankfully Kara has done such a good job of welcoming us into the Columbus, GA market and guiding us through the ropes that we wonder why we didn't do it sooner.

Kara and the Ten20 team really knocked this one out of the park. We live out of state and needed a local presence in the GA area to help us manage and rent a house that we own up there. Kara met us at the house and was very friendly and helpful. We essentially turned over the keys to her and never had a concern or second thought. Ten20 kept us informed throughout the whole process and we had renters in the house in record time. The walkthrough documentation that we received was outstanding; thorough and concise. ThanksTen20. Kara and Ten20 Property Management managed our house for over 5 years. This company was professional and beyond resourceful for owners like us who were states away. Until we hired Kara, I managed our property myself and she alleviated so much stress for me by handling absolutely everything. As renters, this is a DREAM of a property management company! Small enough that you're not just a number if an issue ever arises, but large enough and run properly so that any problem that may arise is dealt with in an extremely timely manner and professional manner! Kara was super easy to work with- very understanding and flexible all the while making us feel comfortable in 'our' home. We have horror stories with other PM companies in the past and if we weren't leaving the area I would never want to deal with anyone else!!
