Services
Jonesborough Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate veterinary medical care for your pet's healthy life. You are an important part of your pet's health, and our staff is excellent at discussing your pet's health issues with you and providing education about your pet.
A healthy pet is our goal! At Jonesborough Animal Hospital, our veterinarians suggest an annual preventative exam for all pets. During your pet's exam, we will give your pet a full physical examination. We examine his or her vision, hearing, heart and lung function, and test their joints and muscles.
At Jonesborough Animal Hospital, we love new puppies and we can't wait to meet the newest addition to your family. We want to partner with you to keep your unconditionally-loving companion, friend and new family member healthy and happy. For your puppy's long term health, our veterinarians recommend that we examine your puppy as soon as possible to identify any potential health issues early on.
All of us at Jonesborough Animal Hospital love your aging companion animals and want their senior years to be as healthy and happy as possible. The size and breed of your pet will have a lot to do with your pet's life expectancy. In general, all dogs and some cats are considered to be a senior pet by the age of seven (the "golden age").
Jonesborough Animal Hospital offers full surgical services for your dog and cat. Our highly-trained staff offers individual, compassionate pre and post-surgical care to each and every patient and we will communicate with you before and after surgery to keep you fully informed of your pet's progress and recovery.

When my cat was expiring of sudden, congestive heart failure, the staff and doctors, everyone in the building did everything they could. Prior to the emergency (about 3 hours before) they listened to his lungs for a long, thorough time and determined they were bone dry. But hours later they had filled with fluid. Doctors dropped what they were doing to try and save him. They probably worked on him for 20 minutes trying to empty his lungs of fluid. They were so careful and so thoughtful and so attentive in a totally unpredictable tragedy. It’s been 4 years and they still feel bad about my Charlie

Positive: Professionalism, Reliability, Responsiveness
They saved my baby girl Bash, and they were so nice, I called multiple vets trying to get her help and they were the only ones that would. Her own vet wouldn't help me cause I was limited on cash. They told me to bring her in and I honestly believe if they didn't take her in, my baby would have died. I'm forever grateful to them.
