These awesome people at MK Property Mgt have been our property managers for 13 years and haven’t had one issue *ever*with them. Connie is the BEST of the BEST! Period. We have trusted them 100% with our home there throughout the military career. Now retired and living on East Coast they still rent our property out for us. Connie is amazing! We would be lost without her and her. 5stars hands down

MK Property Management has demonstrated they care about people and have gone out of their way to help me more than once during my short tenancy with them.
For instance, today my A/C broke after normal business hours. I submitted a maintenance request- it was a windy, cool day outside so I did not think anybody would take my discomfort/sensitivity to the temperature seriously. Knowing the repair man had probably gone home for the day, I lost hope of getting any help. But then my phone rang! MK not only called me back at 6pm but also spent 10 minutes on the phone with me, patiently walking me through

This is the worst company you could possibly rent from. They are unprofessional and not helpful. They never answer the phone and treat their tenants like trash. Connie is the worst manager you could have, this company is a pure joke. Their houses are all old and have cracks in the ceilings and walls. When we moved in our house was still dirty from the last people who lived there and you can kiss your deposit goodbye they will charge you for stuff that was already messed up with the house before you moved in. 0/5 do not rent here.

My girlfriend and I have been renting from MK Properties for just under a year and we have nothing but great things to say about them. We have only had a couple small issues regarding our house and when we brought them to managements attention they took care of them in a very timely manner. MK Properties has always been professional but also very friendly to us. I would highly recommend renting from this company!

We rented from Connie for almost three years. The house needed some obvious repairs. There was mold in the garage, and the fireplace was literally crumbling. It was next to impossible to get ahold of Connie. She will not return your call for basic repairs. I had to get a third party involved when she refused to contact me about repairing the washer machine (which she refused to fix).
Our washer machine broke the month before we were supposed to move out, and she flat out told me she was refusing to fix it because we were moving. And under law our only other option would be to vacate the property

We had a pleasant experience with MK property. Connie always responded to maintenance requests and emergencies very quickly and urgently! Helpful and professional staff. Its a smaller property management company but they are doing a good job expanding and improving their business. I gave it 4 stars because our rental home had several problems/repairs that were IMO too obvious to overlook and not fix before we moved in. But they were more than willing to fix things for us when they became a problem so I'm not complaining!

Connie and Jason have taken such good care of my 84 year old mother. They are patient with her, and very responsive. I read some of the negative reviews and cannot imagine Connie and Jason being rude. The quality of service has impressed me very much. I receive return calls and or text messages, and the tenant portal is very convenient. I feel very secure knowing my Mother lives in one of MK Property Management's rental properties.

I am posting this to warn you NEVER rent from MK PROPERTIES! They are VERY unprofessional and they charge too much for houses that people should not even live in. They posts houses you are still living in 6 months before your lease is up! They are rude and nothing is in a timely matter. Anytime you need them you have to call 100 times. Our second day in one of the rentals we had an emergency while we were cooking and called the posted emergency number with no luck. They are never in their office and if you get a reply to an email or voicemail you left they are rude and snappy. Everything is an

These people are absolutely horrible to rent from! They charge you for everything, even if there is no way on earth it could have possibly been your fault. When our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide in the middle of January it didn't get fixed until I called the city and the city told them they had to fix it. They are extremely rude and treat paying customers like their stupid. They are never in their office and won't call you back. I would not recommend this company to anyone take your business elsewhere!

I was dating a guy who rented from these people and they evicted him because he complained about black mold growing in his apartment. The fire extinguisher was stamped 1993. The pipes were always clogging because they were shared with the apartment next door. (It was a duplex.) While helping him move out, I knocked on the neighbor's door and asked if they had trouble with mold, etc. They did, but they were afraid to say anything because they didn't want to get evicted. This is what happens when you let property managers run unchallenged in a town without proper mandatory inspections.
