Office staff originally stated the would refund me for stolen laundry on their property suds yr duds then offered me 8 dollars as compensation for 500 dollars plus of laundry. Then tells me she didn’t save the video from the theft, oops. Also their was feces all over the bathroom and used needles on the ground inside the laundry mat the place disgusting and run down.

Management originally seemed cordial. Our laundry was stolen from the Suds ‘yr Duds laundromat. Originally stated we would receive compensation for our laundry that was stolen because the owner has done this in the past refunding $300 worth of laundry. She insisted that everything would be fine and that we wait until the owner came back into town and things would be settled. Police were contacted in which they stated they would get video footage, yet the manager or whomever is on duty there stated the cameras did not work in the facility. I spent five years with Wildcat Property Management and loved my time there. The landlords Genie and Calvin are great people who are always available to help. The office manager Christel and head of maintenance Tony will both go out of their way to help you with any problems in a timely manner. I would gladly rent from Wildcat Property Management again if I return to Manhattan.

I wouldn't even give Wildcat Property Management 1 star, they deserve -5 stars. They are the definition of the word Slumlords. My roommate and I lease an apartment from them and literally nothing has gone right with it. We have tried to speak with them about it, but Calvin, the owner, is reluctant to chat with us. We are forced to take this to small claims court and have a judge rule in our favor. DO NOT EVER LEASE FROM THEM!!! Our electric bills have been close to or over 200 dollars, every month, for a 2br/1ba apt. We were promised a dishwasher, stated in the lease, and didn't receive on at all
