Abuse touches all walks of life, from children to the elderly. Survivors of abuse often find themselves dealing with serious psychological (and sometimes physical) consequences from their experience: low self-esteem, difficulty forming and keeping intimate relationships, sexual issues, anger issues, depression, anxiety, trust issues, post traumatic stress, difficulties with sleep, difficulties with weight, to name a few.
At Sage Therapy Center, we offer a holistic approach to psychotherapy, exploring physical symptoms as well as the social and mental factors that have created them. Kristen is amazing. I have been seeing her off and on for over three years. She listens and gives the advice you need to hear, sometimes its hard and sometimes I think, wow why didn't I think of that. She isn't one to keep you coming back, if you or her, doesn't think its necessary, and I like that. She has helped our marriage and has helped me from myself :) I am so thankful that we found her and I really encourage anyone who is needing some help, advice, or is struggling in anyway to see her. She truly does help.

I went to see Bryne Griffey after the death of my mom. He has helped me to work my way through that dark period and now I'm breaking through to a much better state of mind.
I also was recently divorced (what a year!) and Bryne was extremely helpful with that process as well. It has been hard work but definitely worth it.
I am very thankful to Bryne and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

Bryne Griffey has supported my family through some extremely challenging times. He is exceptional! He has shared expert information, insight, experience and wisdom compassionately with us. We trust him, rely on him and enjoy talking with him.

This review is very important and personal to me as the people as SAGE have helped me through a very difficult time in my marriage. I had originally called with the intent to see Kristin, but, as she listened to my circumstances, she recommended Bryne. Kristin was 100% correct in matching us with him. Bryne was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with the tools we needed to help salvage our relationship.
