Justin did an amazing job on my home inspection. He was extremely thorough and pointed out very critical items that I would have missed without his expertise. He took time to patiently answer all of my questions and provided recommendations on the best way to resolve the findings. I appreciated that he discussed all of the safety hazards in the home that I should be aware of so that my young children stay safe while living in the home. His detailed report was easy to follow and provided great information to present to the sellers. He is highly knowledge in all areas of the home. I highly recommend

I am currently in escrow to purchase a home, and Justin came highly recommended by our agent. Justin did an excellent job evaluating this property that needs extensive work, and personally went through the property to show us details that were important. In my opinion, it is important that a home inspection is more than just an evaluation and a report - I am not experienced enough to understand the gravity of the issues brought up in these reports, and Justin did an excellent job going through the property to show us the issues of concern. He brought up issues that I would not have thought to look

I would give this rating a 0 * if I could but you have to rate something in order to be able to write this review so I give it one star. This was the worst Home Inspection I have ever encountered by inspector Justin Watts. If you really want to sell your house I would use a different company. This inspector not only ruined the sale of my house but also the house that I was planning to purchase fell through because of his inspection. His job is to point out hazards in the house or things that are not working that should be not to write 10 pages of what he feels should be upgraded to make the house
