I called Diana Craft's office the afternoon of Tuesday, Sep 7th to let them know I needed to be seen as soon as possible because I had broken off one of my teeth eating popcorn (it's no longer on my menu).
By 11am Wed, Sep 8th I was home from Dr. Craft's office with the tooth repaired and a temporary crown in place, awaiting the creation of a new crown by the lab.
That was an amazing feat by her office staff in quickly finding a space on Dr. Craft's schedule to quickly have this issue evaluated (thanks Madison). Then when I arrived at 0930 Wed morning, they quickly processed me and got me in

Such a wonderful find in my beautiful new home town San Clemente!
Dr. Craft is excellent, Lacey is one of the nicest hygienists I have ever met. The front office staff are all super friendly, warm and helpful. I now go to the dentist with a feeling of ease instead of dread! Highly recommend this gem!

I went in with a great deal of pain due to my wisdom tooth making itself known and the staff were great! Through the tears and anxiety (mainly on my part) they really helped make the situation less scary and took care of my situation quickly. They are truly kind, care about their patients and I will definitely be going back once I'm all healed for my regular check ups! Thank you so much!!!

Every member of this Dental Office was professional and personable. This was my first visit, after years at a wonderful but now retired Dentist. Dr. Craft and her staff made me feel like a long term and valued patient. Dr Croft was kind, gentle, and explained all procedures and future plans in detail. She gave options for care and was supportive of decisions. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr Craft is a true professional. Her staff is courteous, efficient and professional. Going to the dentist is never fun, but Dr Craft’s expertise and gentle touch make the experience a pleasant one.
