On November 29th my vehicle was stolen and ended up in Memphis, TN. After the car getting dumped in a neighborhood the SHP sent it here ! Where they were rude and completely unprofessional! I live out of state and they were not willing to take a card over the phone even though there website states they do! After getting insurance involved we got it out to only find out they never covered up the 3 windows that were busted out ! They will not check anything for you either about the vehicle!

I didn't use Bartlett Towing... I've used them in the past with positive results... this time, when I was stranded on the interstate from a wreck... all I got was excuses, told that it was going to be an extremely long wait... thus having to go elsewhere for service... maybe they did great for someone else in their time of need.... . . . . . If so, they can give them a 5* review.... as for me.... totally dissatisfied with their service, or should I sY lack of, that day.....

Jeremy, the driver was early for the appointment time. He is obviously a believer in the “There’s no traffic jam on the extra mile” service concept. Forget every negative thing you’ve heard about wrecker drivers. I trusted Bartlett Towing to transport my “antique” Porsche. Jeremy’s concern for detail and gentle treatment of it was above and beyond. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

We had to use this towing service when our vehicle got stuck on the side of the road with transmission problems and we had no way of getting anywhere. They even got someone to come get us (me, my husband and 2 kids)to the location where we were going to try to get a rental car. I appreciate everything they did for us and the speedy service we received! Brandon drove us to where we needed to be and he was very nice and professional. Thank y’all!
