I only went here because I was referred by insurance but wish I would have paid out of pocket at the same place my son went because you can never and I mean never get anyone on the phone. The answering service picks up. I even left an emergency message but no-one still called back at all. This has happened on more than one occasion. I had to drive over there just to get an answer. I have one other daughter who need braces but will not go there.

My daughter is a patient at this orthodontist clinic and they are very unprofessional because she has not had her braces tighten since the beginning of July and it is now the end September of 2020. When I called I was told they do not have any appointment available until November, so I asked to speak to the doctor, and the secretary tells me she is busy with a patient and will give me a call back but nobody called back. I hate I decided to invest my money at this orthodontist clinic because they want their money but do not want to provide the services that the patient need.

I walked in with my younge cousin looking for the rubber bands he needs for his braces. The three lady’s behind the count seems nice until I started asking for the rubber bands he needed and I even stated I would buy them. But they just asked for the color and acted like we annoyed them and even Shushed me and my cousin. They definitely don’t care and are rude. They even gave us the wrong rubber bands. I’m grateful they didn’t charge us but it was awful customer service

Before actually visiting this clinic, I was referred by a family member, so I expected a pleasant experience. Upon my initial visit, I was immediately turned off by the lack of privacy. The office is one large room with short dividing walls to separate patients. However, the dentist was very amicable and seemed to be very knowledgeable, so I decided to stay. I was advised that the representative who handles financial matters was in a meeting at the time of my visit and that I would get a call the following day to find out how much the procedure would cost.
