Cornerstone Preschool provides a secure, loving Christian environment where young children develop spiritually, socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and creatively. Our preschool program prepares young children for later academic learning through stimulating and enriching experiences in an educational atmosphere with a balanced curriculum.

Cornerstone Preschool operates under the guidelines of the State of Vermont. Cornerstone preschool admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.

Cornerstone Preschool strives to maintain clear communication between our school, the parents, and the community. If you have any questions or concerns about any of the policies in this book, procedures at the Cornerstone Preschool, or other concerns, please talk to your child's teacher first. If that is not possible, please contact the Administrator, Linda Larocque.
Upon arrival, all parents must escort their children to the preschool classroom, where they will hang up their items in their cubby and wash their hands. Parents must then enter the arrival time and initial the daily attendance sheet. Children will only be allowed to leave with individuals the parents have authorized to pick up their child.
Children should keep an extra set of clothes in their cubby at school. Parents should make sure that this spare set of clothes is updated as the seasons change and/or the child grows into new sizes. We will go outside every day, unless we are experiencing inclement weather. Please make sure your child has appropriate dress for going outside in colder temperatures.
There is a $100 application fee which should be handed in with your child's application or re-enrollment form. The tuition for Cornerstone Preschool is set by the administration and is based upon the time and number of days your child is enrolled. If your child is absent on his/her scheduled day for any reason, you will still be charged full tuition.
