I am a clinically certified Speech Pathologist and never again would I recomend a facility own by Trilogy in the City of Louisville KY. I realize it is Covid Time...but my 70 year old mother who has been in the hospital for 17 days ( tested negative for Covid 4 times during her stay) and has improved 90% lacking strength in her gross motor movements requiring Physical Therapy was denied BY ALL OWNED TRILOGY facilities in East Louisville including one she has stayed in before...denied by one...denied by ALL...and she had aspiration pnemonia caused by an EGD at the hospital. Not a Covid risk....improved

HE USES CHOICE TRANSPORTATION TO MONOPOLIZES ON TRIOLOGY HEALTHCARE. HE DOES THIS BY PRETENDING HE DOESN'T OWN CHOICE AND HAVING TRIOLOGY SCHEDULE PICK UP FOR PATIENTS DR. APPOINTMENTS THROUGH CHOICE. SO MR. CHAM IS GETTING TRILIOGY TO PAY HIM TWICE !! OLD AFRICAN TRICK HUH!! SHAME ON YOU CHAM ! TRIOLOGY HE IS A CON ARTIST !!
