Dr. Rafah Abdelmonem received his Bachelor of Science at Florida International University. He then went on to complete his dental training in 2004 from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Abdelmonem also has specialized training the placement and restoration of dental implants, and he is certified in Invisalign, which can be used to improve tooth alignment.

I was contacted by Dimitri one day prior reference confirming my appt at 9am. I wasn't able to confirm the appointment due to my work schedule. In the years of being a customer, I’ve never confirmed my appointment nor has my wife. If I couldn’t make the appointment, I would contact them and tell them I needed to reschedule my appointment. Nonetheless, I walked in for my 9am appointment as I thought I still had and was told my appointment was moved to 12pm since I didn’t confirm unbeknownst to me. Made an appointment TWO WEEKS AGO. Just for me to come in and they say I don't have an appointment. They emailed me my confirmation email but couldn't email me letting me know they needed to reschedule my appointment. When I come in and they tell me they can't take me they then tell me they can take me in another 2 weeks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE . Unprofessional I also called the previous day to confirm the appointment, left a voicemail and they did not get back to me

This is the best dentist I've ever been too. Kimberly the manager was really nice, informative, and precise. The doctors are very kind and informative as well. Special thanks to Yolanda, she broke down ever options and explained with great details. Great atmosphere. Been back a few times and Abby is the best.

I contacted this office as a new potential client. The receptionist Kimberly asked me if I was ensured. I told her yes and gave her my information. She then proceeds to tell me i must get a fee schedule from my employer. After spending the better part of my day trying to locate this information, i finally called my insurance company who informed me that the dental office must contact them for that information. Needless to say I'm looking for another provider. Thanks for all the reviews.

They could improve by hiring new front office staff that is competent. Kimberly is rude and dishonest. When it is convenient for her she lies to cover her tracks. To call a patient a liar and not allow them to speak is disrespectful at best. She has ZERO customer service skills and should be TERMINATED. I WOULD NOT recommend this office to anyone… and have contacted the BBB. They are unethical in their business practices, every time you go there the treatment plans and cost changes. I believe you would call that FRAUD. Their office should be investigated. The chairside manner of the dentist
