Finding time to lead a healthy lifestyle can be tricky. Our virtual 1-on-1 nutrition programs deliver guidance and support when and where you need it most. Confidential one-on-one virtual meetings ensure dedicated time to solve your problems and work through challenges. Our one-on-one sessions and program materials teach you the foundation and theory of nutritional science.

Our cost is comparable to monthly fitness training, as opposed to paying $100.00/hr to meet with an independent dietitian. OnPoint is a holistic, personalized approach that promises to provide the tools needed to take control of your health. No cleanses, no shakes, no supplements - just guidance and support when and where you need it most.
Services
We are a team of Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists that coaches you to healthy living using our evidence-based, anti-diet program. Your plan features live one-on-one virtual appointments in which you set and achieve weekly goals. By logging your food and messaging your nutritionist in our app, we provide you with an intimately personal service.
Each staff member has earned undergraduate and/or graduate degrees in nutrition-related fields (Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, Public Health, and others). Our staff have studied both the metabolic processes within your body and how your body interacts with the environment. The academic nutrition community is dynamic and constantly evolving and our nutrition professionals stay abreast of recent publications and advancements in the field.
Small dietary changes make a big impact on your health. Meet weekly with your personal nutritionist for instant feedback, action plans, and goal check-ins. Our anti-diet approach helps you deal with real-life curveballs and making healthy changes. Certain phases of our programs auto renew to get the results you want.
Your OnPoint Nutrition program has three main components: The Consultation, The Counseling and The Stabilization. Above all else, your nutritionist/dietitian is your coach. The coaching process begins during your initial consultation discussion, and is further informed by your discussions in your weekly calls.
You may hate writing. You may strongly dislike keeping a log. And to be honest, we won't make you do anything that you do not want to do. However, how will you be able to identify your areas for improvement if you do not understand your current habits and patterns? How can we celebrate your successes if we cannot see how you conquered difficult situations?

I love OnPoint Nutrition! It has been such a wonderful part of my life so far! I have struggled with eating and my body image since I was a teenager and also have some chronic diseases that make it hard to eat. Brooke, my dietitian has helped me work through some emotions, incorrect thoughts/beliefs, and helped me have compassion for myself and my body. I've been working with Shannon from the OnPoint team for over two months now! She has been fantastic, helping me strategize about my eating habits. She even helped me transition to a more vegan/pescatarian lifestyle for religious purposes, while ensuring I am not loosing out on any key nutrients. From the very start, On Point Nutrition made me feel like we were partners in this journey to a plant based lifestyle. The twice weekly meeting have been an integral part of my success. I started working with Shannon Gray from OnPoint Nutrition in the middle of the quarantine shut down, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Even though it was completely virtual, I always felt like I had strong support via multiple avenues. I joined On Point six weeks ago and I am so, so glad! My customized program is working really well for me. My nutritionist Ivy is fantastic! She is kind and friendly and helping me make changes to the way I eat that I can maintain for life. She is always upbeat and supportive and very realistic about making life changes that are sustainable. I came to OnPoint stuck in a months long plateau, and had broken it within 2 weeks of joining. Britney was very nice during my initial consultation, and paired me with Ivy who’s very fun to chat with and has done an awesome job of helping me not only eat better, but also change my bad habits. If you’re new to the nutrition world this is the best place to start, I’ve gone from zero cooking experience to having several recipes in the kitchen that I feel confident making. Working with Morgan Fereck with On Point Nutrition was an enlightening experience. She was encouraging and supportive in helping me understand the impact of my food choices on my goals. Her input was great in helping me push through roadblocks when it seemed as though this journey was getting too difficult. In addition to speaking with her virtually, the other resources available were very helpful as well: the app made me accountable and the recipes were a good resource for inspiration when I found myself in a food rut. I've been using OnPoint nutrition for 6 weeks now and I love it! Having the accountability of a coach and someone to talk out my challenges with has been what has made my diet successful. The plan is very easy and flexible to follow. Im able to quickly message my coach for any questions I have and we meet live too.
