The most requested type of massage to reduce stress and increase relaxation is Swedish Massage. The use of a sequence of strokes are applied with light to moderate pressure, depending on the client's preference, typically beginning with broad general strokes, transitioning to more detail specific strokes to address problem areas, and finishing with broad connecting strokes.
A unique fruit acid and enzyme complex with dual peeling action to reduce the signs of aging and acne. This re-texturing treatment provides a super exfoliation with antioxidant power to reveal smoother, firmer skin. The most requested type of massage to reduce stress and increase relaxation is Swedish Massage.

I've been here about a dozen times or so and every experience was wonderful. While I like all the staff, Sylvia is my go-to. She understands my needs in relation to my tension headaches and has never disappointed me. I walk in there already starting to feel relaxed with their atmosphere and I leave there every time feeling like I'm floating on a cloud. Highly, highly recommended.

Love that the facials are organic - Sylvia always addresses any problems I have and helps me in choosing the right products to use. My face always feels refreshed after I leave. This is the only place I'll go to for a therapeutic message - I've had many issues between my sciatic nerve and pulling a muscle in my neck. Was always able to make an appointment right away. My daughter and I will continually keep going.
