As an aspiring CrossFit athlete I have seen many therapists during training and racing for reoccurring pain in my left hip and IT band. Of all the therapists I have worked with, I have never found anyone who listens to me and really makes my hip heal correctly.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I made several attempts to make an appointment and was unsuccessful. I bought a Groupon for 2 prenatal massages and was really looking forward to it due to my back pain and I was highly disappointed. I tried to call the number listed and no answer or response to my voicemail for 2 days. I also texted the number it says to text for appointments and the communication was terrible. I could barely understand the texts as if someone didn't know English texting me. I asked for a call several times and they said they are unable to call me. Very unprofessional

All I can say is this place is amazing from start to finish, I've been seeing the massage therapist Elizabeth for about 6 months now, and she has been so kind, caring and helpful. Today, she was able to squeeze me in as her last appointment even though I called a few hours before because I was telling her the pain I was in. She knows EXACTLY what to do depending on your pain & discomfort. She's professional, appropriate and makes you feel so comfortable. I suffer from migraines and neck/upper back issues and when I leave from her, I feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders. I

This was my first time trying cupping and it has done wonders for my lower back and postural muscles. I first tried it after finding a $20 off coupon in a magazine. I liked it so much I purchased the package of six massages/ treatments. I just recently went in for a massage and Elizabeth was amazing. Her massages flow so nicely, using just the right pressure while working through the knots. She offers bottled water at the end to remind you to drink lots of water. I can't wait to go back!

I came here following surgery for lymphatic massage, Elizabeth was great and her treatments were very effective! I definitely felt a difference after each treatment. Follow her instructions to help aid in your recovery. The treatment rooms are comfortable and I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I wasn't sure how many starts to give this place. Elizabeth did a great job. She is very knowledgeable masseuse and it was great. The reason this place did not get 5 stars is as follows. First, I called them on Sunday and said I had a Groupon. They refused to accept it claiming its only for during the week. Nothing in the Groupon says that. I decided to try it out without the Groupon. When I got there Elizabeth asked me to pay before the massage started. First time for me as how can you tip without knowing how good it is. I did pay and on my way out gave her a tip. Than during the massage

I wholeheartedly recommend this place! I have been going to Elizabeth for about one year now for therapeutic sports massage. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable, talented, strong massage therapist always able to remove my knots and make me feel brand new. I can't say enough good things about the massage treatment I get. It has been truly helping me.

Found a Groupon for this place and didn't expect much. $35 for an hour massage, so I added 30 mins more.
My first impression when walking through the door was not the best, but whatever....it's $35. It's a small hole in the wall. I think they only had 2 rooms. Very small. Nothing spectacular. It was clean, but it doesn't have a spa feel.
There was only 1 lady there, Elizabeth. She walked me to one of the dimly lit rooms and got to work. Let me tell you, this woman has the hands of a GOD! It took about 15 mins for us to settle in and get the awkwardness out of the air. But
