I served over 20 years on active duty, 16 in the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets). This career provided me with the necessary skills to achieve a high degree of attention to detail. I have been involved in all aspects of residential construction, remodeling and home improvement. I am a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) Master Home Inspector Course.
Realtors recommend that buyers and sellers obtain professional home inspections for their own protection. Home inspection has become a must have for home buyers and a valuable marketing tool for sellers. Buyers want to know that a home is safe, structurally and mechanically sound, and free of health risks.

Working with Mike was great. He was very thorough in his inspection of the house I am planning to purchase. This inspection included pictures as well as explanation notes on all rooms, crawlspace, attic, roof, garage, driveway, sunroom, porch, water heater and water softener. He was not able to check the gas fireplace due to no propane in the tank, but is going to come back and check that after the tank is partially filled. I highly recommend Mike for his reasonable cost, work ethics and honesty.
