What caught my eye first about Cochran Home Inspections was it was Veteran Owned and Operated. What I got was a professional thorough home inspection. I was purchasing a home and on a tight time table and Cochran showed up quickly. Dylan was my inspector and what a great job he did. The inspection was detailed coving all aspects of a home, he took the time and answered question and explained findings. I received a very detailed report the next day. I’m sure the inspection by Dylan saved me from making a bad decision. There were several underlining issues with the house which would of cost me

I'm a first time home buyer. I was very impressed how detailed the inspection report was along with great photos of what was inspected along with video. I would use Cochran Home Inspections again for anything that needed a inpsection. They are Above a 5star ating.

I’ve had 4 homes inspected in my life. This company made the process so much easier and faster than anybody I’ve ever dealt with. Their website lets you get an actual quote and booking instead of just sending your contact info in some form and waiting to be contacted. You can select your inspection time and date without having to call anybody.
They were very proactive in their communication as well. Of course the most important part is the inspection itself. They did a much more thorough job than I’ve had from independent inspectors and the report itself was so much easier to read and understand
