Services
At College Park Animal Hospital, we provide exceptional veterinary care to cats and dogs alike. As an AAHA-accredited animal hospital, we live up to the rigorous standards set forth by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) to ensure our patients receive only the best treatment. Since being founded in 1960, our mission has remained the same: to always provide the highest standard of care possible to pets.
We provide friendly, informative and supportive care for you and your pet. We provide medical, surgical and dental veterinary care. With an in-house pharmacy, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, endoscopy, laser surgery and ultrasound, our facility offers a complete care destination for your pet's health and medical care.
Diagnostic imaging allows our veterinarians to look at your pet internally for clues about sickness or injury. Dental care is an essential part of your pet's overall health to prevent dental disease and tooth loss. Let our experienced team provide your pet with high-quality surgical care in a stress-free and relaxing environment.
College Park Animal Hospital offers preventive care and services for kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. Bringing your pet to one of our veterinarians for a physical exam is the smartest and easiest way to keep them healthy.

Exams allow our veterinarians to detect problems and diseases that might go undiscovered otherwise, including heart murmurs, tumors, enlarged organs, cataracts, ear infections, ear mites, dental disease, skin issues and allergies.
At College Park Animal Hospital, our goal is keeping your pet happy and healthy. Thanks to modern diagnostics and our on-site laboratory, we're able to do just that for sick and injured pets. Diagnostic imaging allows us to examine your pet's internal organs and body systems to better diagnose their conditions.

Dr Beck and Dr Berndt have always been helpful taking care of our pets. Life is good all around, and we are working happily towards working out the health kinks in our senior cat. Been with the vets for more than 10 years, service has been good.

I LOVE CPAH!! Since 1970, they have taken exemplary care of my family. Over the years, there have been a few changes in doctors (but not many, considering how long ago I started going there), but all have been caring, knowledgeable and totally devoted to my furry friends. I highly recommend it to anyone who asks, and some who don't! Trust me, they are AWESOME!!

Have been going to this same practice for many years. The Veterinarian we had used for so many years retired and I have to say the doctor who took over the practice is very good. She is very responsive and was very kind when we took our kitty in that turned out to have Cancer. She didn't try to talk us into a surgery that would have been very hard on our cat, instead she very gently said that at his age and the location of the Cancer there really wasn't anything that could be done for him. She explained what to expect as the disease progressed and that he would let us know when it was time for

I love CP Animal Hospital! They got my cat BB King through an early diabetes diagnoses and successfully into remission in just a few months. They also caught his heart failure early enough to treat him and prolong his life. The team is amazing and treat my baby like he is their baby. Dr. Berndt is a fantastic veterinarian with great customer service and genuine care for her patients and their families. I never have an issue getting an appointment. As long as I live in the area I'll never go to another clinic.
*They also take CareCredit....which has made a HUGE difference for us when it comes to

We brought one of our two cats in several times for various anomalies. The place was initially recommended to us by a neighbor. Our cat developed an allergy (or a weird autoimmune response) and began scratching herself to her bloody skin in several areas. We made two trips in for this. The cat saw Dr. Ruth. She is very thorough and responsive and caring. She emails and texts. After two weeks on an Rx, our cat is still scratching but her "wounds" are almost healed. She's a lot better. Next we will change her diet to a hypoallergenic food. I'd recommend Dr. Ruth and the College Park Animal Hospital

Very professional and thorough. Dr. Ruth did a careful exam of my cat Jesse, reported back to me with clear and detailed information about what she found. After sending slides for review by a pathologist, she got back to me in just a few days with the results, explaining them in full. The hospital has figured out a safe way to deal with the COVID issue, retrieving and returning the cat to me outside, and talking by phone. I would highly recommend College Park Animal Hospital.

Super thankful for their service... many years ago Dr. Beck helped my 16 year old car reach 18 years! Then Dr.. Michaels completed knee surgery on my dog and now another doctor has treated her recently and my baby is all better. Very nice professional staff. I AM VERY THANKFUL.
