Another excellent job done by Constance and her staff. Over the last 5 years, we have finalized 3 different loans with CR Mortgage and every time Constance provides us with several options, responds quickly, and communicates very clearly. We refinanced our old home several years ago and saved $250+ a month in our mortgage, obtained a new loan for a new purchase recently, and then just refinanced after renovations were completed and was able to remove PMI. Ms. Constance Garrett possesses all of the qualities that one would hope for when going through what can be a very terrifying and rigorous process--known as purchasing a home! With so many various aspects to consider it would be easy to get completely overwhelmed and discouraged in the process, but Constance is thorough and efficient while being completely amiable through it all!
