We had a great experience working with Heather and Kristian! My mom was moving from out of town to Gainesville, VA and found new construction that she fell in love with. Heather and Kristian helped manage all aspects of the process while she was living out of town including attending numerous walk throughs and contacting the builder and various representatives throughout the building process. When we went to the final walkthrough, we noticed that the builder did not deliver a few things that were promised. Heather and kristian really do make dreams come true with their teamwork. They worked with us tirelessly viewing after viewing. We put an offer in on one house and it fell through because the seller and their real estate agent were just unbearably nasty. I cannot speak to the level of professionalism that Heather brought to the table dealing with that situation. When we finally did settle on purchasing a home, Heather's quick response time and knowledge allowed us to get the best deal possible.
