EBI was founded by Vincent A. Boccia, P.E. in 1994 to meet the growing demand for his expert opinion in the area of waterproofing and building restoration. The background of the EBI team is derived from over four decades in the waterproofing and masonry industry.

I think I made a smart choice in having EBI assess my home before accepting offers on the sale of my property. It put me in a better negotiating position knowing that my home was structurally sound and in good condition. Neil Schmelkin of EBI was very thorough and patiently explained all the testing he was doing. I recommend all home sellers to do this. Why should the Buyer be more informed on the details of your structure than you, the Seller?
