Updated/Edited Review: John and Kim Shifflett still owe me $3471.75. This review is in regards to the service provided by John and Kim while working/operating under KJ & Sons Excavating. My complete experience from estimate to proposal to assurance of a refund was managed by John and Kim Shifflett as sole representatives for KJ & Sons in New Freedom, PA. At no point in time did either of them direct me to a supervisor or owner above themselves. In such role, Kim and John failed to return my full deposit when they were incapable of submitting a proposal that was approved by the local municipality’s
