They do not take care of their properties. If you have issues, you are on your own. They also want to charge you for their mistakes! DO NOT rent from these in ethical individuals. Had to fix a major water leak, just to have a livable home. They will come in unannounced, and not even to fix broken or issues with home. Had to fix HVAC on own.
Rent was current and always paid on time. It was a corporate lease. Sad property managers. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone that cares about their property.
