Real Property Mgmt took my daughter's application money. Set up an appt to see the apartment that they listed as $795, but in the description below they stated that the first 6 months would be $655 and then the next at $675 as they needed to lease it immediately. Then, when my daughter went to look at the apartment , they told her it was rented already and that she never responded to thier emails. She NEVER got any emails. Then, they told her it was available but other applicants were in the running for it. After my first review on their site and after my daughter calling and calling

Diane Bentz is the best. I had started cold calling looking for a place so we could move my elderly parents to Pierre so they could be closer to me and my sister. Diane had taken my name and number and remembered our situation. When a unit opened up at Country View Estates she called me right away, a Friday night as a matter of fact. Diane knew it would be perfect for mom and dad, which it was! When she called me that night she painted a perfect mental image of the apartment in my.mind and I was so excited. Not only is our apartment nice along with all of our neighbors, but our manager is even better. She made everything so simple when it came to completing the lease. She works for her tenants also. When we had problems with our dishwasher, she was right on it. We recently got a puppy and she came through again, making everything so simple! Diane is so easy going!

Zoe is probably the best property manager that anyone could ask for. She does what she can in a timely manner and if something goes wrong she is sure to make it right. Also she is honest, it’s nice to know exactly what your paying and why you’re paying it, it’s nice to know that sometimes getting a new dishwasher takes time, she doesn’t lie about these things she gives facts which doesn’t make me feel stranded. I would 100% recommend working with Zoe because she makes that apartment you are renting feel like a place you could stay for years and years.

Carly was very professional, punctual, extremely knowledgeable about the location being viewed, and had other options to recommend to aid in my search for a new home to live! Wife and I had a terrible experience with these people. Found a place we were interested in and contacted them. Began to work through the application process and they were not helpful. If you are a student in the area 100% do NOT recommend trying to work with this company as they are not understanding of a student's finical situation (as in students operate with loans for income and not always pay stubs from last month) even if you have enough money to cover the 2.5x greater than the rent. We also provided W2s, which covered the 2.5x the rent but they don't take W2s, so if you happen

Derek and Josh have managed a rental property for me for over a decade. As an out of town landlord, I relied on them to take care of everything. They are professional and handled any repair that the property required. They also promptly informed me of any tenet issues and worked to resolve them expeditiously. All the monthly transaction statements are detailed. I highly recommend them especially if u have an executive type property that is being rented.

If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would! DO NOT rent from these people! They will nickel and dime you to death. They start off by charging a 200 processing fee for their paperwork which is bologna. Seriously all you have to do is print out the regular paperwork nessasary and have tenant sign! Don't you already get paid for that in your hourly wage?! Then when it comes time to move out they take more than their fair portion. I paid for my own carpets to be cleaned and had the house spotless and I still got charged their fee which I know there is no way they had another company come in

Real Property Management Express recently merged with Nagel Property Management. With only having to deal with them for a short period of time; I'm happy to say I'm glad I'll never have to talk to them again. They jipped me on my security deposit when I did everything by the book and they even had the audacity to send me a check list saying everything was OK and then note that's what they charged me for. Tried resolving with them, called a hand full of times and was like pulling teeth. Never returned my call when they said they would. The BBB is now handling my complaint. Oh
