The Vermont Professional Photographers association was founded in 1929 and is the local Vermont branch of the national organization, Professional Photographers of America. My first year of President looked a little different, had several challenges and certainly obstacles. However, My wholehearted appreciation goes to my incredible well-functioning board members for making this such a successful year given all the challenges and obstacles that we endured. They have been supportive, collective and not afraid of challenges.

Our judges come from around the country to provide their experience, knowledge and refined vision to aspiring and skilled photographers through VPP's print competition. A great learning opportunity and a chance to hear from photographers with a lot of experience, and to ask questions of the actual judges.
