All of our meatballs are handmade made with all Angus beef for the best flavor possible. Our bread is locally sourced here in Knoxville. We typically offer 5-8 different menu selections daily so every time you come there will something new to try. Lasagna layered with our signature sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and Parmesan.
Taco meatballs or tex mex chicken served on corn chips, topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, spicy white queso sauce, sour cream and salsa. Blue cheese and cracked black pepper meatball served with tomato, lettuce, and our signature bacon tomato Gorgonzola ranch. Steak seasoned Angus meatballs, grilled peppers and onions, jack and cheddar cheese served on toasted hoagie roll.

I recently had people over to help us move. My wife recommended using a food truck to cater the move. Not possible to be happier with Meatball Madness and More. Lasagna, Meatballs and sauce. Everything was so easy and perfect, all our family couldn't get enough but they did. Have them cater your next get together ❤. Mahalo

Do you want to be sick your entire day? Well get any Breakfast Burrito and eat one bite! Just ordered the Chorizo Burrito. Basically a pile of Grease with small bits of egg. I had the bright idea of thinking these would be light, small option, maybe little bits of egg, sprinkled with chorizo and sauteed peppers and onions. Nope. $8, gets you a Chipotle-Sized burrito.....for breakfast.
