It can be really difficult trying to figure out when the right time to refinance is, whether or not to take out a home equity line of credit, or whether or not you can even qualify for a loan to purchase a home in the first place. If you've had these questions yourself, I would highly recommend sitting down with Cody to go over potential options (and it's free to do so)!! My husband and I recently reached out to Cody for help with the purchase of our first home. From the very first conversation, Cody made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to purchase.
