Charged me for $30 for a kids hair cut lol. That hair dress has literally no style and taste and overcharged bc I'm first time there. Don't go here.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute for a haircut 2 or 3 days before Christmas. After reading some other reviews i was a bit nervous about going here but it was the only place i could get an appointment at. Had to wait a while but it wasn't their fault there were a couple of difficult customers they were dealing with. Good place to go if you need a same day appointment. Way better than super cuts or great clips! The girls were working extra hours to try to fit everyone in. I just got a simple trim and shape up and it turned out well.

It's really hit or miss with this place. Sometimes I come out with a great cut, but most of the time I leave disappointed.

I just got my bangs cut badly and wasn’t asked if I wanted to even it out or anything. Although I should have spoke up I feel like stylists should ask more questions when it comes to bangs because my bangs have turned out to be not really what I wanted but when I realized, the stylist was tending to another customer so I didn’t want to bother. I’m a tad devastated, but I would just like to express some more communication with what everyone does with bangs would be nice, especially if a stylist may not have bangs themselves :)

Yesterday i felt like i needed to get my hair done so i went on a whim and found oasis. my girl was kayli and she is firstly very talented and secondly funny! she helped guide me to a balayage which is so beautiful but on the website it says it's $80, of course i knew it would be more than that but it ended up being a lot more. i'm not even upset about the prince because kayli did an amazing job and made me feel welcome!

If you need your hair highlighted, Mary is your girl! Mary did an amazing job listening to what I wanted done with my highlights. She does a nice job conversing with you, a nice balance allowing you to relax and getttong to know you. My hair turned out amazing, literally the best job I’ve had in years, since moving to Spokane. Mary is the only one I will go to now, going forward.

I have been getting my haircut here for about ten years now. I was very disappointed when i tried to schedule a haircut and paula was gone. I finally found a regular i wanted to cut me every time. She is the best stylist i have ever had there and she is very good at what she does. I still need my haircut but id prefer if it was her. Whatever happened to her get her back you lost a top notch stylist. Five stars for paula!

Absolutely unacceptable experience this morning. I had an appointment scheduled with Paula this morning 10/22/2021 at 8:30 a.m. Not only did she arrive 20 minutes late, but she had someone in tow with her, possibly a son or relative, who she said had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and would be going before me!? No! I arrived on time!! You do the same!!! I walked out completely unsatisfied and extremely upset. No one at any point ever contacted me even though my number was given to reschedule. Today is my anniversary and we are taking a trip out of town today at 11. Wanted to look nice for it but thanks

I got botched ! i had percecr emo hair to my mouth. i guess i wanted the dead ends trimmed but i told her an inch. im never making that mistake again. she cut like 4 or 5 and i have curly hair so its even worse. its going to take so lomg and im starting college soon im so upset i cried a lot yesterday and im a man. i even showed her a picture

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I waited 1 hour for a cut before anyone even checked in with me. Then the stylists looked between each other to see who wanted to even cut my hair. I feel the staff panders to men's cuts even though they claim to be a salon for both men and women. Younger stylists are much sweeter and kind. Older stylists are rude, their practices are outdated, and it feels like they would want to be anywhere else than cutting hair. The last time I got my hair cut there the woman MASSACRED MY HAIR. Went in to get my hair cut and colored with Kelby and she did and Amazing job! So so happy with the outcome and everyone else there seemed to have a positive experience when I was there that day as well. The only downside I experienced when I was there was the price when I went to check out. It advertised that it would be $17 for a cut and 90+ for a balayage and my total came to $145. I just didn't expect it to be almost $40 more for the color but I absolutely love so I would still make this my go to hair place in the future.

Shaniece did an amazing job with my daughter and controlling her and her hair. Made it a fun and friendly experience with no crying what so ever. The hairdew was well done and cute no complaints from me. The facilty was nice and well kept not busy, and appointment base. Prices were super affordable. Happy with my experience

I needed a simple trim done and was not wanting to spend a fortune so I called them to ask about their covid routine and she said they had a spot open for 5 that day, I show up and immediately received an attitude after explaining I had called earlier, she was able to get me in and the entire time she was telling me how awful and unhealthy my hair was, she continued to try to sell me very expensive products after saying no. Once I left I noticed that my hair was cut the exact opposite way of how I wanted it, I simply wanted my hair rounded instead of having a straight across cut, she cut the back

Just got a hair cut. If you value your hair and your money don't come here. Worst haircut I have ever received. But you know what that's my fault; I should have known better then to come here. The people working there seem to be more concerned with having a conversation than giving their full attention on your hair. Oh my god it's abysmal

Lin always does an amazing job. She does my hair and both my kids and she doesn't let us leave until she is positive we are happy. I got recommend her.

Spokane is a funny town. There aren't a lot of great walk in hair salons that I've found. I went to one of Oasis' other locations and had a couple of decent hair cuts. I recently moved and this location was close so about a month and a half ago I decided to give it a try. My sister also needed a hair cut so we went in together. This salon has never disappointed me! I've had 3 different stylists doing my full highlights and haircuts over the last 2 years and it has always turned out beautifully! I appreciate that all of the stylists are friendly and knowledgeable on all of the products they recommend. I suggest anyone that wants anything more than a simple haircut to call or make an appointment online!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. This place hires absolute disasters that probably never even went to beauty school. My sister received the worst hair cut of her life by a woman named Bre. There was no method to the cutting, the woman literally just started hacking off her hair. Her layers aren't blended, the top of her once beautiful hair now sticks up like alfalfa in little rascals. The length of her hair isn't even in any part. It honestly looks like she tried to give her a mullet, like she was taking her bad day out on my sisters freaking hair! I called in and made an apt for a Women's Style package including wash cut and blow out style. I arrived 15 minutes early and was helped 30 mins later. My stylists name was BriAnna or something of that sorts. She proceeded to cut my hair dry and I asked her if she was going to wash it. She said it costs $5 (thought it was included in my package) and continued to dry cut my hair. I asked her if she was going to wash it first and she said no. Breanna was absolutely awful. She was so annoyed at our son and extremely rude. He's almost two and a half years old and only has had one haircut his whole life so understandably he didn't really know what was going on. We absolutely hated this experience and will NEVER come back. EVER.

I have been going to oasis for years for my son's haircuts. I've never had an issue an always been very pleased with everything but today changed that.

I went to The Southhill location and saw Breanna. The whole haircut she kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing and telling him he needed to sit still when the worse that he was doing was getting the hair out of his nose.

I put Netflix on my phone for him to watch A TV show and hoping that would help and she watched that TV show more than she paid attention to my sons hair.

Sitting outside of this salon right now in shock. What's with the blatantly racist shops on the South Hill, Spokane? First the South Hill Dry Cleaner by Huckleberries and now this?

Walk in and the girl at the front desk yells "Do you have an appointment!"
Pay no mind to the "Walk Ins Welcome" sign on the door or the lack of a standard greeting like.. "Can I help you?"
I don't have an appointment, I Say.
