OK this place is by far the best 💥👌🏽all the stylists are super friendly and amazing at what they do 👌🏽especially blonde! I’ve seen them do lots of other colours and styles so they can definitely do it all and but I’m always looking for a place that does blonde and all of the stylist here totally know what they’re doing. They use Kevin Murphy which to me is the best product line you can use . Huy is by far the best I hope he’s my hairdresser forever ♥️🍀he is absolutely amazing always make sure I leave with a huge smile on my face fair pricing and it’s always an awesome

The location is great; it's convenient for me to walk to in Oliver (though I'm not sure if it would be if you didn't live in the neighbourhood, you could walk from Corona station). I also only ever go for evening appointments and in the evenings, the place is dead. There is no loud music (like other reviewers have complained of), and there's usually only 1 other stylist finishing up. On one hand, it's great because it's quiet and tranquil. I had a few recommendations from friends who are very loyal to a particular stylist at hair garage and the whole place. So I was open to purchasing a deal through living social.
My appointment was first thing in the morning on a Saturday and they were playing the hardest techno ever, super loud! Throw that in with the hair dryers and tugging of my hair made me leave with a headache for some peace and quiet!
My stylist was a total sweetheart and I did like the cut and attention she gave me. However a stylist at another chair was having major attitude with the other staff and his client. I was

After I got a good haircut from this place shortly after moving to Edmonton, my wife and I both tried out this salon for a second time. My cut (by the same stylist) was merely ok, and by the time he got to my wife's hair the stylist was literally fuming for some strange reason: he actually stopped and went out for a smoke while my wife waited with her hair half-done in the chair! The rest of the staff is not very friendly either, and the decor looks half finished.
Recommended only if you enjoy bad service and poor results.

This is a funky hair salon. The main floor is where the reception and retail area are. The place is tastefully decorated.
Upstairs is where the magic takes place. They've got digital radio playing and will serve you coffee or tea. It's generally pretty busy but they treat all their clients well. They'll offer a magazine to browse through.
These people are a lot of fun and really know what they're doing.
