Wish I wasn't typing this right now but I got a brand new custom engraved wooden watch today for my birthday from my girl and took it here to have a link taken out. Good news the link is out...Bad news, the clasp got scratched up and the guy said he didn't do it. Serves me right for getting work done locally I guess...

I ordered earrings for my wedding off of etsy. The dangles on them were extremely crooked and did not sit well. I came in in a rush to get these fixed by next week... they were fixed in 2 days!! Much nicer than before and reasonable cost for fixing. Very family friendly as well, which is so important.

I was crushed when my great grandmothers ring broke. I had 3 days before I got on a plane to move 8,000 miles away & I was terrified that someone couldn’t fix it in time. I brought it here hoping for same day repairs, he politely told it wouldn’t be done that day but the following day by the time they opened. I received my ring back & not only it is fixed but, because it’s on its fourth generation, it looks FAR better than the day I got it. The detail they took while cleaning far beats any other place I’ve ever brought it to. It look amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience

Amazing experience. I was referred to this jewelry store by a friend. I thought I would try it out. The baby and I went in on the baby's birthday just before closing time and picked out a bracelet. Only thing, they didn't have that exact bracelet in the baby's wrist size, so amazingly, they took a necklace they already had in stock and cut it right then and there for the baby to a perfect size for her wrist (about 6 inches) and even gave us another inch for the baby's growing wrist later on down the road. They did all of this just before closing time like I said to make everything perfectband happen

Needed to get a ring repaired for a very special friend. Had to have it done on the QT since it was going to be a surprise. Joe at Spring Hill Jewelers was able to do this for me in an extremely timely manner. Ring was repaired, polished and ready to pick up beyond all expectations. Awesome customer service, quality work. I am... as they say "extremely satisfied"!!
