Meet Theodore and Rhonda Chapman, husband and wife team of Chapman's Fine Jewelry. Upon retiring as Captain of the New York Department of Sanitation Theodore started promoting Chapman's Fine Jewelry in 1985. His study of the art of gold, sterling silver and gem stones led him to meet and team up with his wife Rhonda.
The duo now engage top of the line Jewelry designers in Tampa Florida where they use a one of a kind hand craft technique including hand engraving. This delicate hands-on artistry creates a refined yet handsome finish to each item. "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners...
My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbor's 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didn't like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wife's chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wife's chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhonda's mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver.
