I tried to buy a truck there. The sales person Robert and Al were very nice and got the vehicles out to test drive. When it came time look at some numbers for my down payment, trade in, etc. the manager was very condescending and rude. Then I was told that I'll need to buy these add on features which is clearly stated in the ad that they are optional. I never got the trade in value because I walked out. Needless to say I will not spend any of my money there and I do not endorse their business.

I would actually not give this place any stars or the customer service. After searching for hours/days for a good car, my husband and daughter finally found a good fit. My husband called the Auto Center and "Carlos" advised the car they found was at their location in Fontana, made an appointment to see and possibly buy. After driving 36 miles from our home ONE WAY to this dealership, "Carlos" as well as another man advised my husband the car was there and proceeded to find the keys letting my husband and daughter to wait. WOW! A COMPLETE CIRCUS. THE ADVERTISED INTERNET PRICE IS NOT THE ACTUAL PRICE! We made a trip here from LA to take a look at a truck we thought seemed reasonably priced online. When we arrive, we noticed the truck's door had been involved in some sort of accident which was not disclosed. I understand it's a used car, but if that information was disclosed the price would be lower. On top of seeing the car which was not clean, THEY MAKE YOU PURCHASE ACCESSORIES which you do not need. My experience at Pacific Auto Center was one of the best of all I have experienced in 50 years. Adrian was extremely helpful and focused on our requirements. Not at all pushy he found exactly the truck we were looking for. I guess so with their large inventory of vehicles. In addition Saul made even the finance part pleasant. I never thought I would say that about a dealer! Be sure to check them out.

LEMON. Worst buying experience I've ever had.
Buying a used diesel, very clean, very low miles. The truck was over priced, and still the salesmen added about $3k in fake charges, for clear coat, etching warranty, GPS. The guys were kind of rude and arrogant. After speaking with the salesman about removing the charges , they said "look, in this market, if you don't pay the extra charges, someone else will". So I bought the truck. I left dealership, put $100 in the tank and drove off. 8 minutes later, the check engine light came on, transmission started jerking, slammed into

First off I would not recommend this dealership! They have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If this review doesn't detour you, go check out Pacific Auto Center on the Better Business Bureau website, they scored an F! Hmmmmmm
