I bought a SUV midsize from Dons Auto. The service was great and friendly. I took the car home many things wrong. Took the car back x4 for minor repairs and a complete brake job, air conditioning service. Now six months later the TRANSMISSION WENT OUT! I am stuck with a major repair and a car note.😩 Not recommending this used auto dealer.

They sold me my first car and guess what it had a bad transmission. I didn't get an estimate for the repair until about 3 months of having it, which was a whopping 4500-5200 and I had only had a one month warranty. They didn't do much, they just said they were talking to their guy about it. Never even called me back to see what happened with my car, now thankfully the Chevy rotolo dealership is fixing the issue for free. Don't go to dons.

Thanks to the entire crew at Dons! After doing lots of research online, came in knowing they had a pretty good selection of cargo vans. Sales staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to test drive a number of vans to make sure I was choosing the right one. The finance guy spent time to answer all my questions and was actually able to get me financed in my business name, which I didn’t know was even possible. Everything worked out well and I am extremely happy. Good people, good inventory, and great experience. Will definitely be back for more vans. 👍🏼

Brought a friend in looking for a car. Guys on lot were very nice. Sammy helped my friend with her purchase and Ramon wasn't too shabby either. Enjoyed talking with Ramon while my friend purchased her car.

Very nice people, Red was our sales lady and she was very helpful and friendly. Got a good deal for my dads company van. They try to find the best deal so you can drive away with the car you want. I appreciate it because my dad doesn't have much credit and they were still able to finance him.

I was ripped off , bought a 2014 Honda Accord , they told me car was tip top find out it was in a massive rear end accident , they told me I was going to be in a good situation to trade in , in a yr , I took it to be appraised , 9000.00 upside down !!! total rip off , I will report to BBB and I will sue in small claims court , not happy

My tire light keeps going on and I've keep having to put air in the tires. Now my car won't start. Perfect timing too as I was heading to work. Also they won't clean or detail the car before you drive it off the lot and will tell you they'll schedule it when their detail guy is in. But

Ask for Troy. Troy da man... when I was looking for a new..er work van, i came here first. Test drove a nice van and left, looking at other van's at other dealers.. after 3 days, and some healthy haggling, came back and bought the van. Only had it a week so far but it was the best van I found for the $$$ and it seems like its gonna be a good investment. Btw, when you sit down with Jimmy to talk about a price, really low ball him... he loves that

This may look like an ordinary tiny used car lot but don't expect the pushy and shady car sales men. I worked with Alex, he was polite, not pushy and very transparent. Ultimately the car I was looking at sold before I could make a decision but I would undoubtedly give this place a look when I'm in the market for a used car again

They clean up the car real nice but do not disclose the fact that the car is a wreck and lie about their 22 point inspection since the car was purchased it has been at the shop numerous of times!! Save ur self the headache and skip this dishonest Dealership!!!!
